My name is Jennifer and I would like to help you and your family... I have probate, wedding, court and real estate knowledge.
An Associate degree as a Paralegal, Bachelor's of Science in Business and Human Services.
By the Secretary of State in South Carolina, a Notary until my commission expires May 5, 2019.
I have performed each and every one of the services below:
Getting married? Need an officiant to perform the service? Tired of the $200 and up costs associated with this service? Call me... I offer a flat fee of $100 with rehearsal included. Depending on location there is a $0.50 fee per mile.
Need a document notarized? Court papers, legal, contracts, insurance claims, bill of sales? Call me... I offer a flat fee of $2 to notarize any and all documents.
Did someone do you wrong? Do you feel a hurt in your heart where you have had a written agreement and one party has not fulfilled? Call me about the specifics of the case and I can draft legal documents for you like a summons and complaint.
Do you have a title to real estate? Not sure if it is in Joint Tenats with Rights of Surviviorship? Email your owner's name and address of property I will check for you and if it isn't, your family will be responsible for paying the costs of inheritance tax, estate tax, gift tax, federal tax, and residuary tax on that one piece of property.... Do you think they will be able to afford that plus the property taxes each and every year?!?!?! Are you sure you are doing them a favor? Call me, I will research immediately to see if you are protected by JTROS. If not...you need to be. Able to draft and notarize titles to real estate to record under JTROS. If and when you need to add someone to titles of real estate, to tranfer property non probate, call me. I will charge a flat fee of $200 for document preparation and you pay $10 in recording fees. If you have more than one property that needs to be transferred by JTROS, call me... we can do it all under one deed for a flat recording fee of $10.
Do you need an executor to your estate? Someone to file all the legal and government documents and devise beneficiaries amounts and pay off any outstanding debts?
