Dave was on time. Very professional. Extremely organized and very involved. Just the way a DJ should be. He got everyone on the dance floor and kept the party going! So much fun! I was a very organized bride and he stuck with my timeline to a T to make sure everything ran smoothly! I would recommend them to anyone b/c they sure do know how to throw a party! Such a pleasure to work with!

Diamond Dave DJ'ed our wedding and was fantastic. He was very receptive to all of our requests, he had a great eye for keeping everything moving with toasts, first dances, garter/bouquet toss etc. Very professional and had a great sound system and lights too. We had a very party oriented crowd of all ages and he played songs that had the dance floor packed with everyone ages 5-75. Great DJ and service for a very reasonable price.

I was very disappointed in our service from VIP. Please note these comments are solely my opinion of how I felt after working with VIP. After chatting and planning our reception with Dewayne, I was shocked to see someone different at our wedding. Dewayne did mention to me on the phone that if something came up he had other people who could work in his place-- however, I was under the impression that if this happened we would have been notified prior to the beginning of our reception. The replacement either didn't have the plans that we had scripted out or decided to ignore them because none of our requests were met. He ignored our requested play list, tried to last minute change the schedule of our speeches, and played the wrong music for moments like cutting-- which he didn't invite people to watch so we were literally calling our parents over ourselves. Not really sure why we needed to pay a DJ for this less than adequate service, an iPod would have performed better.

I attended the wedding that was reviewed by rachelg. I'm not sure what issue she had with Diamond Dave - the DJ - but I thought his service was fantastic. In fact, if he travels outside Savannah, I want him to do my wedding. He professionally MC'd the entire evening and his music mix was awesome. Because I was interested in his services for my wedding I spoke with him during the event and I don't know why this bride said he didn't play the proper cake cutting song. I was there when he played it and it was the song she had listed on her planning form. He also made several requests for the guests to view the cake cutting and these annoucements were very clear and professional. He also didn't change the order of speeches. I was looking at the forms he was using to get ideas for my wedding and he followed the order exactly as it was listed. The bride's playlist at this reception was bland and if he had stuck just to her playlist the reception would have bombed. I thought he came up with a great mix of music to compliment her playlist. She should have been absolutely pleased with the services of VIP and the only thing I can think of is she overspent her budget and is coniving to wrangle a refund. No refund deserved here. Great job, Diamond Dave and VIP. I'm ready for you to perform at my wedding.

VIP Entertainment did a fantastic job for our ceremony and reception. Dewayne knew how to keep the flow going and the music selection kept the dance floor busy. Also the online planning form is easy to use and was a great tool in helping us to plan our wedding.

VIP Entertainment didn't just provide us the DJ service. They are personable and we couldn’t thank them enough for a wonderful time they've provided. Diamond Dave was amazing!!!! He interacted with our guests and we had so much fun working with him! Dewayne is an amazing person to work with, we fell in love with him the day we met him. VIP Entertaiment (Dewayne) was recommended to us by the hotel where we hosted our wedding and reception. We contacted Dewayne several months out from our wedding and outlined what we were looking for. Planning a wedding several hours away from your home location can be challegning enough. Dewayne was very responsive and put us at ease and made the experience very enjoyable. VIP Entertainments website gives you the ability to choose from a wide array of music and also allows you to add and customize additional music not listed. Dewayne and his team were very professional and organized and everything was handled according to our wishes. Our guests danced and enjoyed themselves up and until the very last song. We were very pleased and would highly recommend their services.

My wife and I are so glad we went with VIP Entertainment. Thank you for making our reception so fun. The online database of songs was a big help picking the music we wanted.

Dwayne and his son were the DJs/MCs at our wedding and did an awesome job. They definitely know how to read the crowd and keep the party going. I don't remember the dancefloor being empty for a single moment at our reception. Everything was set up perfectly and on time. We didn't have to worry about at thing.

VIP Entertainment was a great choice for our wedding DJ. It took us forever to decide between a band and a DJ, but we are glad we chose the DJ. Dewayne kept the crowd going for hours! Our guests started dancing around 8:30 and we had to drag them off the dance floor at 12:30 when it was finally time for us to leave. VIP Entertainment also did a great job with our outdoor ceremony music. They were so easy to work with and made sure that everything flowed smoothly. We especially liked their online music database that enabled us to choose our playlist for the entire evening.

So happy we hired VIP and DJ Dewayne. We wanted to our reception to be a dance party and VIP delivered! We wish we could have kept going all night! VIP was very easy to work with and DJ Dewayne executed the feel we were going for in each part of the wedding perfectly. He was extremely professional and I felt confidant with him the first time we spoke on the phone. Their online planning site was very helpful as well.

Dave provided excellent service for our wedding reception! He was great at getting our guests on the dance floor and played music that appealed to all ages! Our family and friends are still commenting on how much fun they had at our wedding! VIP Entertainment far exceeded our expectations and we will continue to recommend them for years to come!!

I would highly recommend VIP for wedding DJ services! Everyone I worked with on the planning process was super professional and helpful, their song database was very extensive (and they were willing to obtain the few songs I wanted that weren't already in their database), and they were great about making sure they had a clear understanding of how I wanted the night to flow. Our DJ was wonderful and our guests packed the dance floor all night!

Dave is awesome! Two weeks before my wedding I broke my ankle so I couldn't dance or anything at my reception. But Dave found ways to keep me included and still allowed me to have a great time with my friends. I am forever grateful!! The music he played couldn't have been more perfect. He was really able to listen to us and read our style.

VIP entertainment provided excellent service in every category. The disc jockey was the best! He "made" the evening enjoyable and fun for everyone. He announced all events on time and as requested by the bride & groom. The wedding planner, Jill was personable and friendly. She went the extra mile to ensure everything was exactly the way the bride wanted it. At the last minute, she also filled in to coordinate the floral arrangements and help the other florists with making the floral arrangements. She really went the extra mile for us and we were very grateful. We recommend all VIP entertainment services to anyone interested in quality service at a reasonable price, and people who provide friendly and professional services. They bend over backwards to ensure your satisfaction!

VIP Entertainment helped me plan my dream wedding. I could imagine myself having been a lot more stressed out than I was if it hadn't been for my planner, Jill. But the week before the wedding the only thing I had to worry about was getting myself to the chapel on time.

Dave was phenomenal! He's pratically like family after the wedding. We didn't want a super traditional ceremony/reception and Dave had some great creative ideas. He made our wedding so special.
