Working with Tim for our wedding was a great experience. Living in Savannah we are well aware of the multitudes of wedding photographers in this town. We met with a few but we just felt comfortable with Tim. At our wedding Tim and his assistant were always working hard and were very polite and patient!! Working with my family patience is a must! My name is Andrea and Tim Nealon photographed my wedding on 09/10/11 in Pittsburgh, PA. It is now 3/4/12 and I STILL have not received any prints, DVD, data, ANYTHING from Tim Nealon. He has not responded to any attempts at communication from e-mails to phone calls to facebook posts(all of those he deleted from his wall). We spent $2,000 on his wedding photography package and I have NO photos to show for it. He showed up late on the wedding day, was alone when he was supposed to have a second photographer, and now I don't even care about the $500 product credit... I just want my pictures! I don't know what other steps to take besides legal action, which is looking like it's next on the list. Please save yourself the trouble Savannah.

We hired & paid Tim in full well before our June wedding. We were to have 2 photographers, Tim never even showed up. I guess we should count ourselves lucky that someone did. Now, 7 months later he is completely ignoring all contact from us (& our attorney). The only thing we got from him is the DVDs. No album, no reprints, no enlargements, nothing else. Now, after having paid him almost $2000.00 we have to spend more money & find someplace to get our wedding album and all the enlargements that we want. Please save yourself heartache & don't hire this man. I really don't know how he can sleep at night after ripping so many people off ( yes now we're hearing of many couples he did this to).

I wish I would have never hired Tim Nealon to photograph our wedding. We were very dissatisfied with his work. My wife never got any formal pictures with her grandparents and the family photos did not turn out well. The major issues we had with Tim were post ceremony. 1. It took him over two months to send us a DVD of our pictures 2. He never touched up any of our photos 3. He never sent us the $500 of prints per our contract 4. He threated to sue us because of my reviews of his business 5. He cursed at me in emails 6. He placed false reviews online to try and negate my and other people’s negative reviews. 7. He attempted to change his name on sites to Blake Johnson to try and confuse his poor reviews. The worst part is he ruined our memory. Now when we look at our wedding pictures we remember how Tim Nealon cheated us. I really feel ripped off, and honestly my only recourse is reviewing him online. If a robber came into my house and stole my TV, I have repercussions. When Tim Nealon steals my money and gives me nothing but a giant hassle. There isn't much I can do. My advice to future brides/grooms, do not hire Tim. If he tells you there is a Tim Nealon in PA and thats the Tim with all the bad reviews, he is lying. He moved his business from PA to GA. We had an absolutely horrible experience with Tim Nealon Photography. To start, Tim, with whom we met months prior to the wedding, did not show up to our wedding in November 2010 but rather sent a lone assistant in his place with no advanced warning or explanation whatsoever. A woman we did not recognize simply showed up and began taking pictures. Secondly, it has been six months since our wedding and we have still not received everything we paid for within our agreed-upon package. After not responding to almost daily emails and phone messages for about two months, we sought legal guidance. Within days, Tim responded that our photos were in the mail. To date, we have only received some of the prints ordered, and many of those we received were so dark they are essentially not worth having. Despite ample notification upfront that our venues would be dark and that additional flash or lighting would be needed, and the fact that retouching for each photo was promised in our contract with Tim, a great deal of our prints (including many family photos directly after the ceremony and shots of the wedding party walking down the aisle) are worthless and we will just essentially have only those moments in our memories. Needless to say, however, Tim is still using our images for advertising purposes on his website. You should absolutely think twice about hiring Tim Nealon if you seek a professional, quality or responsive photographer for your event.

Tim photographed our wedding in September 2010. While we were very pleased with the pictures he took, we were more than dissatisfied with his customer service and professionalism after the wedding. After the wedding he was very difficult to get in touch with--did not respond to emails or phone calls for weeks at a time. For months he told me dates that I could expect to receive our photos and album (that we had already paid for prior to the wedding). Those dates would come a go with no pictures. We did finally receive our prints (after months of waiting), but still do not have our album. He no longer responds to our attempts to contact him regarding this. What's worse is that he still has our pictures on his website to use for advertising purposes. We have resorted to seeking legal action to address this issue--he has not given us a large part of what he paid him for. Think twice before hiring Tim to photograph your wedding--his photography skills are more than outweighed by his lack of professionalism and extremely poor customer service.
