Terrible Service. Not flexible at all. It is very very hard to get a hold of customer service after you buy something and, when you finally get in contact with them, they are not friendly at all. Also, they don't work with you to expedite your order. It's very hard to work with them.Would not recommend this website at all. www.theknot.comThanks

The Knot was a really great website, it provided me with a lot of resources for planning the wedding including my baker. The checklist was really useful and the budget calculator helped me keep track of what we were spending. Perfect if you're feeling a little overwhelmed planning your wedding by yourself.
