Royal Restrooms

We ordered this service (2 stall) as Whitefield Chapel does not have restrooms available for use. The restrooms were very nice and used numerous times, so it was well worth the cost. They were very reliable.

I thought the staff at Royal Restrooms was not as professional as they could be. I did not get faxes when promised and I thought the staff was sometimes rude on the phone. We ordered a 2 stall unit and one of the stalls kept locking itself when people walked out. We only were able to use it about 50% of the time, causing out guests to wait longer than they should have. My planner even got locked in at the end of the night while cleaning up! On the positive side, the delivery was prompt and they were flexible in working with venue. Our guests loved the cleanliness and the air conditioning and it saved them from having to take the long walk to the venue's restrooms. I reccomend them with slight hesitation as they are nicer than your typical port-a-potty.

Great customer service - and were flexible enough to deliver rental as to use for both Rehearsal and ceremony. Do not expect as much as they promise with the "White Knight" toilet. Overall wonderful....I specified that the toilet be "out of sight" and it was not...so I recommend being explicit in your details of location.
