Karen was a great help for me planning my wedding. Being an out of town bride, I needed help finding great vendors and a venue. She pointed us in all the right directions and when it came to the day of the wedding her itinerary, experience, and knowledge helped make our day a stress free event. Thank you Karen!!!

We employed Karen for "day of services". Prior to the wedding day she sat down with us to discuss all of the little details and tasks (that we would forget) that we wanted her to take control of. She coordinated all of our vendors and gave us great advice and input. She was present at the rehearsal and made sure everyone was aware of the timeline for the wedding day. The day of she was perfect behind the scenes. All of the little issues that popped up were immediately handled, quietly, discreetly, and professionally. My parents didn't have to worry about anything - which was hard to accomplish with a high-stress over-planning mother like I have! Karen allowed ALL of us to relax and actually ENJOY our wedding day. We couldn't be happier with her services.

I hired Karen Moore of Re {defining moments} recently when I was trying to plan my daughter's wedding in Savannah. We had only two months and I live in Florida. From the start, Karen was a total professional and a delight. She was able to find a square for the ceremony and a venue for the reception within a day! Karen arranged for everything at the ceremony, including minister, classical guitarist, horse drawn carriage for my daughter, etc. and provided me the names of other vendors (makeup artist, hair stylist, florist, baker, etc.) who were also awesome. Her assistance was invaluable and she made my job as mother of the bride extremely easy. She helped us with the rehearsal and then at the reception. Karen't has a wonderful personality that suits her well in her chosen profession. Everyone who had the pleasure of meeting her, was totally impressed. I would recommend Karen Moore without hesitation to anyone who is planning a wedding in Savannah. And, if everything I've already written isn't enough, her prices are extremely reasonable as well. Karen Moore is a gem!

Karen Moore is a wonderful wedding consultant! She is highly organized, responsive, and professional--everything that a wedding consultant should be. The wedding was amazing: She helped my husband and I develop a wedding that reflected both of our personalities and styles. Because of Karen, I could spend my wedding day focusing on the marraige rather than worrying about the mundane details. For that, I will be forever grateful.

Karen is amazing to work with! A few problems that we had prior to the wedding regarding communication with vendors - she solved immediately. She was very quick to respond to any questions that we had and always updating us with all of the details. Karen made the wedding planning and the wedding day very stress free. Every vendor that Karen recommended or included in our destination wedding package- photographer, cake, flowers, DJ, trolleys, horse and carriage, officiant, reception site - exceeded our expectations. I would recommend her to everyone! Our day would not have been as amazing without her!

When I was planning my destination wedding in Savannah, I didn't know who to hire. There were a lot of choices, and since I was not from Georgia I didn't know about any one's reputation good or bad. So when I asked Karen Moore from (re) defining Moments for a quote I was pleased with her promptness to reply and how helpful she was. When I hired her, that did not change. She worked with me to make my own package, and made sure it was everything I wanted at a fair price. Everyone she hired was wonderful. The florist was very creative with my flowers and they turned out so cute. The officiant was really nice and picked a set of vows that were different from the norm but fit us perfectly, the carriage driver was very nice and made our ride a joy. I didn't have to worry about anything. If I didn't care how something was done (such as the order of the ceremony or the music), Karen would step up and make the decision for me and it would but just right. The rehearsal and the wedding went very smoothly. I was not stressed at all at my wedding (OK- I was running late to the ceremony but that wasn't Karen's fault- and they can't start without me!) I just can't emphasize enough how good of a job Karen did! She was everything we hoped for and more in a wedding planner! Hire her, she is great!

Karen was totally 5 star!!! She wrote the most beautiful ceremony for my special day. Guest kept coming up to me several times and telling me what a perfect fit she was for our wedding. I cant say enough good things about her and how the energy she brings to a ceremony just puts you at ease

Karen was great. It was a HUGE relief to not stress about anything on the day of the wedding and pretty much the entire process of planning the wedding was stress free. There was a HUGE misunderstanding on our part and the wedding was cancelled (all our fault not karens) and I contacted Karen and she contacted all the vendors to get the wedding back on schedule and she did!!! She is very prompt with responding to emails and phone calls. My cousin had her wedding a week before I did and they seemed so rushed and in a constant panic to get things finished and it felt so great to know Karen was handling everything, it was an easy, enjoyable process....just like every wedding should be! :o)

Karen is fabulous! She made life so much easier during a potentially stressful time. If you are considering hiring a wedding planner, Karen should be the one. Her prices are reasonable and her services outstanding. Donna and Kelly are fabulous photographers and should be your first choice—consummate professionals who get all the perfect posed and candid shots!!!! My florist and DJ were recommended by Karen and they were PERFECT!! Call her for details!!!

Karen was fantastic! She took care of everything and I was completely stress free. I can't tell you how nice it was to just enjoy the day and not think about all the details. Karen was always very quick at responding to any questions and made any adjustments I asked for.

Love, love, love! I fell in love with Karen after a short phone call regarding her wedding planning services. She was articulate, professional, fun and comforting. I knew immediately she was the planner for me! I booked Karen just 4 days after my engagement and put the entire wedding in her very capable hands. I didn't worry about a thing. We collaborated perfectly and she was amazingly helpful on every thing from booking the venues, to working out crises to ironing out every last detail. I am so glad I found her and was able to work with her and the team. I honestly could NOT have done it without her. I would highly recommend using Karen and her team if you want a perfect and beautiful wedding.

Karen and James were a godsend! I wanted a beach wedding in Savannah, but I live in Tennessee. I also wanted to have my wedding 4 months after I got engaged. Karen took care of everything, and she fit everything I wanted into the budget that I gave her. James, her husband, partner, and photographer was also amazing. He really went out of his way to give us the pictures we wanted. It rained on our wedding day, so James met with us a few days later to get the shots we wanted. Now that's service. They both made Michael and I feel extremely cared for and relaxed. The wedding and service was amazing, and we owe it all to the Moores!

Karen was thorough and patient. everyone at the wedding came from out of town - and Karen kept everyone calm and on time ... no one got lost! she really helped bring everything together.
