Kristina was wonderful! We had little time when we contacted Kristina about our wedding. She placed an add on Craigslist, and well you know how that can sometimes turn out. WRONG...Kristina kept in constant contact. We met her only once before our wedding as we lived out of town. We gave Kristina our budget (we had 55 people attending) and she worked with us. She supplied numerous possibilities for entrees, side dishes and drinks. We didn't even know what her food tasted like but there were no suprises upon our reception. Kristina came early and prepared for the event. When food ran low (buffet style dinner) she was quick to replenish. She did not cook ahead, she cooked as needed, so it was always fresh. Kristina got rave reviews from our friends and family and she was a vital part of making our wedding a success.
