Frills & Fancies

The girls at Frills & Fancies were wonderful. Helped me pick out my perfect dress and helped make sure I had everything I needed. They took great care of me. My veil was very late in coming in, but they had it covered, worked their behinds off to make sure it came in in time :) They have an amazing selection of dresses to fit any budget :)

I'm glad I bought my dress at frills. They had the dress I wanted that I tried on in Atlanta for almost $300 less. That being said we did have a few complications. I ordered my dress and my shoes from them. I'm about 5 nothing and needed for them both to come in at the same time for fittings (also my shoe size is a 5 and they didn't have any samples for me to try on so they did tell me that I could return the shoes if they didn't fit even though they don't usually, which was very nice). My dress was in Statesboro before the shoes were even ordered. I had to call several times before that issue was resolved. Then when my shoes arrived I called to set up a fitting for which I had been given a coupon. They no longer did fittings. Then when I called to get my dress steamed the girl wasn't very nice. I think she thought I wanted them to do it right then. I was actually dropping it off two weeks in advance. She just jumped to conclusions and I feel like in a customer service position you need to ask questions before doing that. Even with all this I love my dress and couldn't have been happier with it.

I shopped around in Savannah, Atlanta, and Orlando before finding my dress at Frills. They have a great selection of wedding dresses. The staff was super helpful. Scott was great! He saved my wedding day by altering my dress to make it perfect the week of the wedding. I would recommend them to future brides.

I was so happy to find Frills, because I live in Statesboro, but was planning a Savannah wedding, and did NOT want to have to drive to Savannah for fittings on top of everything else. The store is huge, and therefore, so is the selection. They were the only authorized retailer for my dress, so when I found it I ordered through them. The dress came in months ahead of schedule, without having to pay for a rush, which was unexpected and wonderful! We also ordered all the bridesmaids' dresses through them. Again, the selection is phenomenal. There was a small snafu with ordering them, and I'm still unsure what the problem was with getting that order; whether it was Frills or the manufacturer. Regardless, after a call to Frills, they called the manufacturer and everything was sent. The dresses were only a few days later than expected, which isn't too bad (they were here in plenty of time for the wedding!). I also used Frills for my conservation after the wedding. The consultants that helped me package up my dress to send off for cleaning were courteous and helpful. In fact, I feel like I spent so much time in there for fittings that most of the girls knew me by name, as well as Scott. It was always nice to be greeted as if I was a friend and not just a customer. The woman who did my fittings was very nice and helpful as well, and she does great work in a very reasonable time frame. All in all, I was very pleased with Frills n' Fancies!

My daughter bought all her prom dresses from Frills when she was in high school and then in college her formal wear. So it was no surprize she found her dream wedding dress and Bridesmaid dresses there also. They have a great selection and are very professional. She also was able to find the perfect shoes and accessories for her special day.

You will not find a selection as large as theirs anywhere else in Georgia. They have the most beautiful dresses to choose from and the staff was so patient with me as I tried on dress after dress. I was able to find my dream wedding dress here along with my veil. I also got my bridesmaids dresses and my Mom's dress here at a discounted price with the purchase of my dress. If you're looking for jewelry, shoes and other accessories, they have it all!
