Custom Cakes

We worked with Ashlee at Custom Cakes to develop our perfect cake. It was a bit non-traditional, very colorful, DELICIOUS, and exactly what we wanted. The three tiers we had were Tahitian vanilla with lime filling, Kalhua chocolate with raspberry filling, and Carrot cake with cream cheese. All were TO DIE FOR, most guests tried at least two of the flavors. The cake was beautiful, and the figurines of myself, my husband and our dog that they made for the topper was awesome! The sugar flowers are gorgeous as well. High quality, designer workmanship. A little pricey but TOTALLY worth it for the quality and uniqueness!!

Minette did a fabulous job on our wedding cake. Not only was the cake beautiful, it was delicious. The cake was soft and moist and the icing was delicious! Minette also provided a grooms cake for my fiance which was shaped like the UNC foot. He LOVED it! Minette is extremely talented and I highly recommend her!!

I had such a great experience with Minette Rushing and Custom Cakes. My cake was exactly what I wanted - a smaller cake with additional desserts for a dessert table. We wanted it very southern and simple, and the menu Minette created for us was perfection. We chose her coconut cake for my wedding cake, with mini-cupcakes, lemon squares, banana pudding, and I can't tell you how tasty and superb everything was. Minette is a true artist, and her talent is un-matchable. We can't wait for our 1 year anniversary to eat our cake again!

Our cake was beautiful. Each layer was a different flavor. It looked great and tasted wonderful.

All i can say about custom cakes is Yummy! Not only are the cakes beautiful on the outside but delicious as well. Taste does matter and my guest loved every mouth watering bite.

DELISH!! We ended up going with three different flavors, but it was hard to pick! Not only were the cakes yummy they were beautiful. Such a pleasure to work with!
