great! they did a wonderful job with helping us pick out rings, staying in our price range, and getting orders in quickly!

My encounter with the brother/sister proprietor duo of this establishment was utterly appalling and beyond reproach. Shamefully, there is obviously no respect or value placed on the customer and an extreme lack of personal tact (never mind professionalism); evidently this business is doing well enough that they don’t need any additional clients. I simply came in to inquire about reconfiguring my existing jewelry pieces and, based on previous experience, I asked to consult directly with the jeweler. The initially-pleasant associate quickly became evasive and I was told repeatedly in a very abrupt, very discourteous manner that ‘they would not touch it’. Baffled, due to the ease of my request, I asked for clarification, and was provided such (to the effect that they feared degrading the pieces). Considering it had taken me an hour to travel to this business, I again requested to speak to the jeweler directly for verification. The jeweler stood 5-6’ from myself (never providing a single greeting or introduction), barely glanced at the pieces, and in an extremely curt, very course manner repeated that ‘they would not touch them’ and they suggested another business I could approach. I was baffled and in dismay at the manner in which they spoke to me (I was the ONLY customer present at the time) and as I put my jewelry away, they both simply walked away from me- I was left speechless. I had other pieces to speak to them about and they just walked away – no ‘have a good day’ or ‘thanks for coming in’, nothing. I left, composed myself, and called back to speak with the owner, only to find that the two individuals who had treated me so abhorrently WERE the owners. When I voiced that walking away from a customer was inappropriate the jeweler/Owner had the GALL to inform me that I had presented an ‘attitude’ because I had stated the value of the items I was addressing (btw, the phone call was handled with as much tact as the in-person meeting with the added bonus of insulting comments toward the customer, no apologies or steps to rectify as one would expect)!!! One word- WHAT?!?!?!?!?! You are a jeweler, you have liabilities, wouldn’t it benefit you to be informed of the quality and makeup of the pieces you work with? Based on factual information I provided, judgment was deemed of my character (unbeknownst to me), and I was treated in a below sub-standard manner AND verbally insulted to-boot! Absolutely ludicrous! My field relies heavily on customer service and I am ever-mindful of how I conduct myself with others in addition to teaching my children to treat others as you would want to be treated; I cannot grasp how these people remain in business. The Andersons’ conduct toward me, albeit brief, was inexcusable, unwarranted, and simply revolting. Complete lack of customer service, complete lack of basic human decency. They need to go back and take a look at their business statement; the part where they’ll ensure you receive superior attention….what a joke!

GO SEE HEATHER! She is awesome! I got the wedding ring of my dreams from here. My fiance and I were browsing at many jewelry stores, and they definatly had the best selection, and very very friendly... not pushy. And since then, my husband bought me a beautiful necklace from them too. We will continue to go to there for any special occasion jewelry, or any presents. Did a great job engraving our wedding rings as well.
