Addy B's Cakes

 My philosophy has always had two main objectives. First, the cake has to taste delicious, and second, it has to be created with artistry and skill. I use only fresh, pure ingredients. All of my cakes and fillings are made from scratch within days of the event using original recipes. Because I personally bake each cake, I only book a maximum of 5 cakes each weekend. This way I can dedicate my time to each cake and couple without distraction. I recommend you book your cake with me early to ensure your particular date. I consider it to be a great honor to be included as a part of your special day.

Addy B’s cakes are delightfully moist and artistically created with my own recipe of light and fluffy (but not too sweet) buttercream icing. I only use the freshest ingredients and NEVER freeze cakes to ensure a quality product. The cakes are light and moist with a fine texture to slice well.
